What I'm doing
I am currently completing a bioinformatics internship as part of my MSc. Systems Biology (University of Warwick, UK) at Illumina Inc. The code for this project will be released after my internship under the Illumina open-source license
What I'm working on
My current project is 'Systematically building and evaluating a gold standard set of somatic variants'. This project attempts to establish a truth set of cancer variant calls by comparing and combining information from tumor normal matched samples derived from multiple biological sequencing replicates/pipelines.
